Specifically, 42 smalls( 21 smalls & 21 font ), 36 mediums ( 15 pack, 10 granite, 11 mini jugs ) and 22 large holds ( 10 jugs & 12 jugs ). The smallest of the holds can be stood on with a running shoe and then the holds just get bigger from there. 100 indoor bolts, 100 t-nuts and one L bar wrench are included.
